I have always believed that “Your big opportunity may be right where you are now” hereafter I believed that I was the one who was blessed to be given the honour of service to the widespread community.

Welcome to MKM Stone, Urology and Laparoscopic Hospital

No-one chooses to be unwell, but if one needs care and a place equipped with facilities, we surely hope that you would make MKM as your hospital of optimal choice based on its repute for promising treatments, its facilities and its healthy environment. We are your hospital in the heart of India, Madhya Pradesh.

MKM is not only a hospital but a dream project to achieve, under the kind and revered blessings of Late. Shri Hanumant Sharan Tiwari. This journey was never going to be easy, I knew it for the fact, as it is rightly said that “life is not a bed of roses” so certainly struggle was one of the vital portion for MKM and its team. But with the advent of support of all the other members, everything moved with a flow, and slowly we took the pace of achieving what was the need for today.

MKM started from the scratch, it was all like I was given a chance to make a pavement for the treatment that is not so much into the field as it is still a taboo to discuss the diseases associated. So, I took the firm decision to move ahead and contribute to this arena where peace would be very less but struggle would be more. And at last I am enjoying my work very well!

I have watched the progress and expansion of MKM from its infancy and I can assure & convince you that it has constantly kept an eye on its excellence. MKM has a phenomenal group of people whether they are primary care providers or staff, they have always provided skilful and practiced care that is unmatched in the complete region of Central India. MKM and its team makes sure that each and every patient receives individual attention, and hand-on that one deserves.

It is my goal to boost the facilities, the trust and confidence amongst the patient we are serving. MKM has been blessed with a community that acknowledges the needs and wants of the people around. Its team has helped to understand that success of the hospital lies in the satisfaction of the community it is associated with, in turn building a bridge between economical and future viability encompassing the quotation “’Leading you to a Healthy Future”.

If you talk of my vision, it is very simple, I believe in maintaining faith, confidence, consistency, trustworthiness and access that our patients deserves and often for which they seek too. For this to accomplish, I strongly accept as true that our hospital must remain financially sustainable during the most challenging healthcare and economic times in our national history. By working in a close knit network with the people we serve, our medical staff, our hospital team it is my aim and duty to provide highest quality care maintaining our hospital’s economic viability parallel with the support of proper planning and decision making.

Looking over to the urological, andrological and nephrological aspects we are a full spectrum of treatment ranging from male to female and even paediatrics as well. Over the last few years a large investment of funds enhanced the patient’s experience and we thrive for more in this context in the coming years keeping the hygiene and comfort of the patients at the prime level. This investment will in turn be a return to MKM in the form reliability and comfortability for the people we serve. As our future goals, we are planning to start robotic surgery first time in Bhopal, in addition to this step we have on count that MKM should be the “Centre of Excellence” in kidney transplant in Central India.

Further, we would also like to cover the remote areas where the facilities related to dialysis is fewer, we are planning to initiate mobile dialysis unit for the remote areas of Madhya Pradesh.

Apart from all the above mentioned goals, we aim to spread the awareness amongst people for the prevention of kidney diseases and to provide a single multi-tasking platform for all the questions related to kidney and its associated diseases.

Talking about the present infrastructure, all the public and private patient rooms of the hospital have an ongoing refurbishment programme with peaceful vicinity like peaceful colour schemes, non-slip flooring, and proper restrooms with all the amenities so as to enable us to maintain lowest infection rates keeping the pitch in mind for which we work for.

We even keep in mind that our core staff as well as the support staff should be continually updated, and should be trained to deliver excellent holistic services based on the recent demands and needs.

We also work over proper and channelized communication amongst each one of us because communication is what a patient strives for from a doctor hence we are determined at MKM to ensure potent consultation that should be fruitful for the patient and their relatives. I, as a consultant thinks that this field in which we are working is very deprived of knowledge amongst all, so there is a need to come up with the problems without any hesitation and speak to the staff or the care providers.

I am thankful for the commitment and dedication of the team of MKM, to support our dream and helped us to strive towards our goal felicitating the patient’s health and motivating them to get back to their favourite activities. I am proud to serve as the director for MKM Stone, Urology and Laparoscopic Hospital and I look forward to continuing to share the goal of providing the highest quality, comprehensive patient care.

And to the end, I promise that I will strive to assure a strong healthcare foundation being a privileged and honoured leader of such a venture, which focuses on “Patient care comes first, Quality is always assured”.
